Global Development — the Zakho Automotive Centre officially opens
In the presence of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region and the Acting Consul General of China in Erbil, Harlem Group opened Global Development — the Zakho Automotive Centre, developed with Muhanad Group across close to 200,000 square metres.
In the presence of His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Mr. Masrour Barzani, and Mr. Zhang Jianxin, Acting Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Erbil, the Global Development project — the Zakho Automotive Centre — was officially opened. It has been developed by Harlem Group in partnership with Muhanad Group.
Across close to 200,000 square metres, Global Development brings together a complete system for automotive operations and logistics: vehicle reception and preparation, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), accessory fitting, vehicle care, genuine spare-parts warehouses, body repair, quality control, and charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles.
The project builds on a model already established in other major governorates, among them Baghdad and Erbil, within a wider network of advanced automotive infrastructure. Through this centre, the operations of the JETOUR and SOUEAST brands are run to international standards, supporting the growth of Iraq's automotive sector and its development over the long term.
